• Late Payments: Any outstanding payments due upon project completion must be settled before final delivery. Unpaid balances may result in work delays or access restrictions.

• Portfolio and Marketing Use:Scape Studio reserves the right to use completed project work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media platforms to showcase our capabilities. Clients may request that specific projects remain private.

• Licensing:If licensing of specific elements (e.g., music, stock footage) is required, clients will be responsible for acquiring necessary licenses or may request Scape Studio to facilitate this process.

5. Revisions and Scope

• Included Revisions: Packages include a specific number of revisions; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Scope Changes:Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional charges and adjustments to the timeline. Scape Studio will inform you of any such changes before proceeding.
